Don’t stand by, please help the RoboThinkers get to WPI.

The girls have done it yet again! The RobotThinkers, the City of York’s only FIRST LEGO League robotics team, won the 3rd place Champion’s Award on January 28, 2023, after competing against 47 other regional teams at the Pennsylvania East FLL Championship in Philadelphia. With that victory, the team was chosen to represent Pennsylvania and compete against 84 US and international teams on June 9-11, 2023 at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA, home of the Goats.

This invitation will give our York students a unique opportunity to meet, learn from, and compete with other students nationally and worldwide.

Let us celebrate and congratulate the RoboThinkers, York City’s very own robotics team, on their success by assisting the team in raising $7000 to cover the cost of their registration fee, transportation, lodging, and food.

How can YOU help?

We have a goal to raise $7000 to cover our team’s travel expenses, and please know that all funds raised for this campaign will be used to cover the trip’s direct costs. How can you help? We are kindly asking that everyone make a contribution, no matter how small or large. We are asking everyone to tell their family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers about what we do. The more people who are aware of what we do, the more people who will support us. We also ask that everyone spread the word about this website so that everyone can learn about what we do as a team.
