Robotics and Engineering
The demand for quality STEM workers is on the rise. The US is about to experience a workforce crisis with a shortage of 25 million STEM workers to fill vacant positions from retiring baby boomers. At Young Thinkers of York, we get our students excited again about learning and allow them to discover how they can change the world. Our after-school robotics and engineering programs are not only to mentor our future engineers and scientists, but to also prepare the next generation to become part of a workforce that can work together as a team, think creatively, and produce solutions to problems. Through these new experiences, our students of all ages will be able to expand their minds and follow their dreams to success.
“We’re going to the University of Arkansas”
The RoboThinkers have been invited to travel to Fayetteville, AR, home of the Razorbacks, to compete in a national competition with 75 of the best US and international teams on May 16-19, 2019. This is a great opportunity for our team to meet, learn from, and compete against like-minded students from around the world while making new friends.
